FernCRM provides a number of ways to produce mailouts and communications. FernCRM produces and/or tracks emails, SMS (Text Messages), phone calls, faxes and printed mailouts.
By tracking these communications against customers and contacts, you have a full history of interaction with them.
Advanced KPIs can report on which communication methods are used the most and which are most effective.
Alerts offer the ability to send out communications according to some predefined criteria. For example, you can configure FernCRM to send you a text message when you receive contact from a specific customer. Alternatively, FernCRM can remind you to follow up with a customer after a set period of time.
