Customer Relations
The Customer Relations module is an advanced feature that enables you to delve deeper into the company structure of your customers.
If you have a close relationship with a customer, you may wish to add additional information about them so that you can operate more efficiently with them.
For example if you do work on behalf of a customer, you may want to record details relating to suppliers, contractors or consultants against that customer so that you can communicate with them also.
In addition to this, for larger scale operations, you may wish to produce a staff list, supplier list, or contractor list for an entire company if you are managing things on their behalf.
